About the Opportunity:
Modirum | Gespi is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of our enterprise resource planning systems. This role is critical to ensuring our business processes run efficiently on Sankhya ERP, supporting our expanding operations across multiple business units and environments. You will be responsible for system configuration, module optimization, user support and training, and alignment between Sankhya and our operational and reporting needs. This position offers the opportunity to shape how we use ERP across the organization and drive process improvement.
Your Role in the Team:
As ERP Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our Sankhya ERP environment. You will:
- Lead the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Sankhya ERP modules to meet business requirements
- Manage Sankhya upgrades, patches, and release cycles in coordination with IT and business stakeholders
- Design and optimize business processes within Sankhya (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR, or other modules as in use)
- Oversee integration between Sankhya and other systems (e.g. CRM, BI, manufacturing systems)
- Provide expert-level support to power users and key departments and resolve complex functional and technical issues
- Develop and deliver training and documentation to ensure effective use of Sankhya across the organization
- Define and maintain ERP governance, security roles, and access controls in line with internal policies
- Coordinate with Sankhya vendor (and partners as applicable) for support, enhancements, and project delivery
- Lead or support ERP-related projects such as new module rollout, process redesign, or reporting improvements
- Establish and monitor KPIs for system performance, adoption, and data quality
- Ensure compliance of ERP usage with internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Manage ERP-related budget, licensing, and vendor contracts
- Collaborate with IT, Information Security, and business leaders on roadmap and priorities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or management, with substantial experience on Sankhya
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Sankhya ERP (modules relevant to our operations)
- Proven experience leading ERP projects, process design, and change management
- Experience with integration design, data migration, and reporting/BI tools connected to ERP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system design
- Experience managing vendor relationships and support escalations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in Portuguese with working proficiency in English
Bonus Points:
- Sankhya certification or formal training (e.g. configuration, development, or specific modules)
- Experience with Sankhya in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience with ERP security, segregation of duties, and audit support
- Knowledge of Brazilian fiscal, tax, and regulatory requirements as they apply to ERP
- Experience with customizations, scripts, or extensions within the Sankhya ecosystem
- Previous experience in multi-site or multi-company ERP rollout
