Role Objective:
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the company’s facilities, equipment, machinery, and support services by coordinating internal teams and external vendors, maintaining a safe, clean, and fully functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee surveillance systems, access control, and electronic security
- Coordinate structural repairs, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Manage cleaning teams and service providers, ensuring high standards of hygiene and organization
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, ensuring availability and reliability
- Ensure operations comply with technical regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements
- Manage vendor contracts and monitor service level agreements (SLAs)
- Control budgets and costs related to facilities and maintenance
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and infrastructure
- Promote risk prevention and maintain a safe work environment for all employees

Education and Experience:

- Previous experience in facilities management, building maintenance, security, and/or quality management
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and contract management
- Experience managing vendors and outsourced services is a plus
