Role Objective:
Ensure that Engineering and Manufacturing systems operate in an integrated and reliable manner, maintaining the configuration and performance of the ecosystem composed of Autodesk Fusion (PLM), Autodesk Upchain (PDM), ERP Sankhya (Production/PCP), and MES.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for the day-to-day management and evolution of systems (PLM, PDM, ERP, and MES), ensuring organization, standardization, and stability
- Develop and lead system integrations through APIs
- Configure and optimize workflows and approval processes related to item creation, release, and engineering changes
- Ensure consistency of items, product structures (BOM), and revisions between PLM/PDM and ERP
- Ensure MES properly receives and returns critical shop floor data (production orders, reporting, and traceability)
- Work closely with Engineering, Production Planning (PCP), Manufacturing, and Quality to resolve issues, reduce rework, and improve processes
- Coordinate vendors and external consultants when necessary (support, enhancements, and improvements)
Requirements (Must Have):
- Experience with implementation, support, or improvement of systems in industrial or engineering environments (PLM/PDM, ERP, MES)
- Solid understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing/Production Planning processes (item master data, BOMs, revisions, production orders, and reporting)
- Organized profile with strong problem-solving skills, documentation capabilities, and user training experience
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across Engineering, Planning, and Manufacturing teams
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Autodesk Fusion (PLM) and/or Autodesk Upchain (PDM)
- Experience with Sankhya ERP (Production/PCP module)
- Experience with MES systems and shop floor data collection processes
